Well maintained beautiful property. I would like to mention a few staff who made a difference to my stay. The concierge, Soumya was excellent. Took the trouble to send location pins to drivers etc since many didn’t speak English. Agnivesh Roy at Travel desk was extremely kind and helped me with many of my travel requests. Last, the driver Chandran was excellent.

Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by the Lobby Manager, Mr. Raghav, and a member of the lobby staff whose name I believe was Anusha. Their welcome and hospitality set the tone for our stay, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to an expansive penthouse on the 6th floor, equipped with all modern amenities. The accommodation was huge, what I figures out it was at least 220 square meters, immaculate, and filled with natural light. Everything exceeded our expectations. My wife and son were particularly thrilled with the comfort of the room, and even asked me to write their feedback on their experience. The balcony offered an outstanding view of the lake, adding to the charm of our stay. The housekeeping staff maintained the room meticulously and provided excellent service throughout our visit. Good value for money. Restaurant breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and courteous. Well located near the Eastern Bypass with easy access to both the Airport (30 mins) and South Kolkata (30-40 mins).

The staff were super nice. Mr Banerjee, the Concierge, Mr Raghav at the reception desk, the housekeeping manager and the head of the kitchen staff were really nice. There was music at night in the hotel from a wedding ceremony that disturbed my sleep. When I complained, they took action immediately and moved me to a quiet room. I was in Kolkata for work at the university, so I needed peace and quiet to read and also to rest. Mr Banerjee offered me free access to their exclusive club lounge every evening. That was very generous indeed. He also said I could use their conference room whenever I had to read and there was noise on the property. I was very happy with that. Mr Banerjee also offered me a free chauffeur-driven car to work because my work at the University was pro Bono. However, I didn't use his offer because the University gave me a chauffeur-driven car. Mr Raghav offered me their Spa to freshen up because I had a 12-hour wait between check out and departure. On my last day, the kitchen chef made special Bengali food for me. Delicious! The staff gave me a farewell cake at breakfast on my last day. The kitchen staff were very nice and respectful. I very much appreciated their generosity .
